Job ResponsibilitiesSearch, select and interview highly educated (technical) personnel in North Europe, main focus Germany
Manage the entire recruitment process
Employer branding and targeted job posting (online and offline)
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads
Develop and maintain relationships with future and former employees
Develop and maintain relationships with third-parties (e.g. schools, job agencies)
Lead and/or participate in special projects
Set up LinkedIn / Xing searches / headhunts
Job RequirementsHave a bachelor”s degree in business administration
Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience. Preferably in a corporate environment
Experience in working with, and developing of, social media
Experienced in developing content and marketing / employer brand strategies
Able to handle high volumes of candidates and vacancies
Experience with Applicants Tracking Systems to manage vacancies and candidates
Strong interviewer and headhunt skills
Having done technical recruitment is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both verbal as in writing
